Each Sunday morning around 10:00am a group of volunteers being to trickle into the staging area.  Some will bring meals, others will show up simple ready to go.  Around that same time, cars begin to pull up and drop of pans of cooked food.  As the volunteers begin to unload the cars, you often hear “Be careful, its hot.” or “Watch out, some of the juice spilled from the pan as I was driving”.  For nearly thirty to forty-five minutes this scene is played out.  Once all the food arrives and the staging area is set.  People pick their stations and the assembly line begins. The styrofoam trays move from hand to hand, each placing an item inside.  Meats; veggies; rolls; dessert; plastic ware; close the lid; put it in the bin; and load it in the truck for delivery.
